Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are between you and Vorentoo Ltd, trading as IntentionallyUs (company number SC549704, registered in Scotland, registered office Office 729, 3 Fitzroy Place, 1/1 Sauchiehall Street, Finnieston, Scotland, G3 7RH). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
IntentionallyUs is a shared digital space for couples, with tools to plan, reflect and stay connected. Some couples join through a coach, therapist or other partner who offers the service under their own brand. These terms apply either way.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details safe.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One shared space is for one couple.
4. Free trial, price and payment
- New couples get a 14-day free trial.
- After the trial, your subscription starts automatically at £4.99 per month, or £9.99 per month if you joined through a partner referral, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Payments are taken by Stripe using the card you provide.
- We will tell you before we change our prices, and any change will not apply until your next billing period.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time using Manage billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires it or where we choose to offer one. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
If you delete your account from Settings, your access ends immediately and your subscription is cancelled straight away. No refund is given for the rest of the billing period, except where the law requires it.
6. Your content
You own the content you add. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for what you add. Do not use the service to harass, threaten or harm anyone, to break the law, or to upload anything you have no right to share.
7. Not professional advice
IntentionallyUs is a tool, not a therapist, counsellor, medical professional, lawyer or financial adviser. Nothing in the app is professional advice.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update or improve features over time.
9. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service. You can close your account at any time.
10. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for business losses or indirect losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give you reasonable notice of important changes. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, this does not affect your right to bring a claim in your home courts or any mandatory consumer rights you have.
